2.3 Guaranteed Reservations

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Standard Cancellation

For standard bookings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid charges. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

3.2 Non-Refundable Rates

Some special rates or promotions may be non-refundable, as specified at the time of booking. These reservations cannot be cancelled or modified without forfeiting the full payment.

3.3 Group Bookings

For group bookings (5 rooms or more), specific cancellation policies apply as detailed in the group booking contract.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

4.1 Check-In Time

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available based on room availability and may incur an additional fee.

4.2 Check-Out Time

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4.3 Identification Requirement

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

5. Hotel Policies

5.1 Damage to Property

Guests will be held responsible for any damage to hotel property during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest's account.

5.2 Smoking Policy

Clornexa Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas.

5.3 Pet Policy

We allow pets in designated pet-friendly rooms only, subject to availability. A pet fee of $50 per night applies. Service animals are exempt from this fee.

6. Payment

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Cash payments are accepted at check-out only.

6.2 Preauthorization

Upon check-in, your credit card will be preauthorized for the total room charges plus an additional amount for incidentals.
